We currently do not ship to military bases (APO/FPO) or international destinations. Some shipping options may require a physical address instead of a P.O. Box.

What shipping carriers do you use?

Local delivery is available for Medford, Somerville, and Cambridge. For shipping, we use the United States Postal Service (USPS)** and United Parcel Service (UPS). Free shipping will be provided via USPS First Class service or UPS.

** USPS special note: Sometimes, different situations can cause delays in recording and updating tracking information, which might go beyond the estimated delivery times. USPS recommends waiting a reasonable amount of time before reaching out to their customer service.

How long will my order take?

Shipping times depend on the item, the shipping option chosen, and your location. USPS standard delivery usually takes about 7 to 10+ business days (depending on location and not guaranteed by USPS), while Priority Mail varies, typically taking about 5 to 8+ days (also not guaranteed). We’ll always do our best to ensure you receive your order.  

Deliveries outside the lower 48 states may experience longer delays.  

Keep in mind that tracking notifications aren’t always perfectly accurate, so it’s a good idea to allow a few extra days for your package to arrive. If it still hasn’t shown up, check with neighbors or any other places in your area that might accept deliveries.

In Massachusetts

  • Purchase order at $25 or more - Free Local Delivery for Somerville and Cambridge
  • Purchase order at $40 or more - Free Local Delivery for Medford
  • In-Store / Curbside Pickup - No charge
  • Purchase order at $100 or more - Free Shipping
    • Excludes Litter and individual items at or over 10lbs and cat trees
  • Other options depend upon carrier ( USPS / UPS ) and method of shipping

All others:

  • Purchase order $100 or more - Free Shipping
    • Excludes Litter and individual items at or over 10lbs and cat trees
  • Other options depend upon carrier ( USPS / UPS ) and method of shipping 

How long before an order is processed?

Unprocessed orders and verified pending payments will be processed within 1 to 3 business days upon receipt.

Stinky's Kittens & Doggies Too items are subject to availability. If an item ordered is out of stock, a representative will contact you within 1-2 business days using the contact information that was provided at the time the order was placed.  

Certain pet furniture takes about 1 to 3 weeks to receive and ship from the store. A popup message will appear for items with ship times greater than a week. 

Stolen Packages

Unfortunately we live in a time of rampant porch-thievery and our packages are no exception to the rule. We would ask that you take whatever steps you can to ensure a safe delivery of our product to you. 

In the case of stolen packages: We unfortunately cannot take responsibility for crooks' actions.
