Refund policy
We do not accept returns on items sold in store or online outside of vendor or FDA recalled items. In the event that you received the wrong item, it arrived damaged, expired, or any other quality issue, we may provide you with a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
No store credit given, or exchange offered for:
- Change of mind
- Pet did not like/eat
- Incorrect orders (items or address) made by the recipient
Please email us at stinkysgrooming@msn.com with your order number, description of the issue and photos of item name, item UPC code (if any) , damage and/or expiration dates and for damages photos of the original package.
The email subject line should be : Product Damage, Product Expired or Incorrect Product.
- Product Damage
Photos of product damage and photos of the shipping packing at time of receipt must be included.
- Product Expired
Photos of the product and best buy and/or expiration dates stamped on the product at time of receipt must be included.
- Incorrect Product
Photo of the product and UPC / product code (if available) at time of receipt. The item must exist online or sold in store.
Upon receipt we will review your request and let you know by email when the request has been approved and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. For confirmed Incorrect products we will ship the correct products (if requested).
If you provide Photoshopped and/or manipulated images, your request will be denied.
If you are unable to provide the required photos your request may not be approved.
Please note: all requests must be sent within 14 days of receipt.
Again we do not provide Cash, Check or Credit Card Refunds.
